You will have all of the advantages of an inside sales lifestyle, which is the fastest growing Sales job in the country. You will work as a key member of the Korean Inside Sales team to maintain customer loyalty, serve to exceed customers’ expectations and identifying upselling opportunities via telephone or other digital channels. This is a demanding role that requires high energy, flexibility and self-drive to build on a large opportunity region.
Primary responsibilities:
Proactive calling customer in database and generate new business.
Utilization of SAP CRM for updating the funnel and reporting.
Responsible for handling inbound enquiries, prepare quotes and actively following up for PO
conversion for all chromatography and spectroscopy instruments.
Utilizing technical knowledge to deliver value and resolve customer issues.
Works closely with the sales management to drive sales and campaigns targeting various
product lines and targets.
Maintain positive business relationships and improved customer satisfaction.
Meet targets assigned for new business drive and ramp to volume activities of new products
releases.
Use demand generation leads to create opportunities for sales order.
Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives (including driving customer to
online store).
Timely respond to calls / emails.
Weekly report of sales pipeline and forecast.
Job Requirements:
3+ years experience in an inside sales position within a chromatography or
spectroscopy company would be a plus.
Excellent tele-sales skills preferably in a technical sales environment.
Must be Fluent in English and Korean, written and verbal.
Comfortable with communicating and presenting proposals via webex / MS Teams.
Enjoy working in a customer facing environment.
Competency of advance MS Excel functions is highly appreciated (vookup, pivot tables & etc).
Meticulous, customer centric, proactive, goal-oriented and good time management.
Able to prioritize work in a fast pace environment.
Firm believer of constant change and is highly adaptable in a rapid change environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
