Inbound Lead FT  Role Profile    Position Summary:  The Inbound Lead is a non-exempt, full-time position reporting to the Inbound Manager. This role owns execution of inbound shipment processing, receiving logs, documentation, and system processing accuracy, and merchandise preparation and inbound operational support. The Inbound Lead ensures merchandise is unloaded, sorted, organized, and prepared efficiently to support receiving operations and downstream product flow. This role is a Distribution Center keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the DC.    Key Competencies for Success:  Customer Focus, Collaborating with Others, Ensuring Accountability, Continuous Learning, Fostering Communication, Attention to Detail, Planning & Organizing, Warehouse/Stores Management, Concern for Safety, Quality Focus    Key Accountabilities & Achievements:  * Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA)  * Executes inbound responsibilities with accountability for receiving accuracy, workflow execution, and operational consistency. Supports team expectations and contributes to efficient inbound operations.  * Inbound Shipment Processing  * Owns execution of inbound shipment processing, ensuring merchandise is unloaded, sorted, organized, and prepared efficiently to support receiving operations.  * Receiving Documentation & System Accuracy  * Owns receiving logs, documentation, and system processing accuracy. Ensures shipment records, purchase orders, and receiving documentation are completed accurately and timely.  * Merchandise Preparation & Operational Support  * Owns merchandise preparation and inbound operational support. Ensures product is properly tagged, labeled, prepared, and organized to support downstream processing and product flow.  Knowledge, Abilities & Experience for Success:  * High school diploma or equivalent required.  * 1 year of retail operations experience required. Warehouse experience preferred.  * Previous leadership or lead role experience preferred.  * Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.  * Experience with WMS and RF scanners preferred. ShipHawk and NetSuite experience a plus.  * Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize new systems.  Physical Demands:   * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds via dolly).  * Frequent repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.  * Vision requirements include close vision (20 inches or less), distance vision (20 feet or more), and color vision (ability to distinguish colors).  * Continuous standing, walking, climbing stairs, hearing, speaking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others.  * May need to operate equipment such as forklifts, power tools, hand tools, pallet jacks, and price guns.  * Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and submit to MVR checks upon hire and annually thereafter.  * Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and self-report any infractions that may affect driving eligibility.  Work Environment:  * Ability to work flexible hours with variable schedules from week to week that may include early mornings, days, nights, weekends, holidays, and gamedays.    * Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor warehouse environment.  * Indoor and outdoor work environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, and outside weather.    Please see our career site to learn about our culture and values.
