Position Overview
We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to strengthen our marketing team. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION and does not involve direct interaction with customers. The focus of the role is to attract, engage, and convert website visitors into qualified leads through inbound strategies, content optimization, and user experience improvements.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in inbound marketing with strong knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads), content writing for conversion, and UX best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to increase qualified leads.
· Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) to drive high-quality traffic.
· Edit, and adapt website content with a focus on conversion optimization.
· Apply UX principles to improve website performance, user journeys, and lead generation funnels.
· Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and digital experience.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in inbound marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
· Certification or strong expertise in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
· Solid knowledge of UX and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
· Strong copywriting and content development skills, with a focus on turning visitors into leads.
· Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, heatmap tools).
· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
