Join our team in the position of:    Inbound Material Management Planner (m/f) in Nestlé Purina factory Nowa Wieś Wrocławska   Responsibilities: Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 month horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met.              Monitor material availability to fulfill requirements within the agreed cost boundaries and alert the stakeholders about potential issues (Shortages, ageing, write offs) Review and maintain all relevant Master Data Define the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio            Monitors supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier. Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials according to storage limitation. This includes creating, sending, confirming, receiving, investigating errors and discrepancies on blocked or parked invoice lines and handling all exceptions / issues in those operations, including claims management Ensures excellent supplier relationships and monitor Vendor Performance performance (on time, quantity &  quality) with the support of the European Purchasing Team             Involves suppliers in Supply Chain improvement exercises and processes that create shared value for both Nestlé and their suppliers                                  Manage Start an End of sourcing changes and ensure pack materials availability for sourced SKUs Our expectations: Vocational education Two or more years of relevant operational experience at  LRD/ business level in at least one of the following areas: Factory Logistics, Detailed Production Scheduling, Materials Handling Understand The Business Environment Initiative and focus on the results Analytical and logical thinking skills Responsibility, diligence, punctuality Ability to work under time pressure High interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, communication skills Very good computer skills, including Excel Proficient communicative knowledge of English (multinational working environment) We offer: Possibility to gain experience in a dynamic environment of an international company Good work atmosphere Sponsored life insurance Medical care Pension fund Additional benefits according to company policy We reserve the right to contact only selected candidates.   www.purina.pl www.nestle.pl At Nestlé Purina, we’re on a mission to enrich the lives of pets, the people who love them, and the planet we share.
