• Strong knowledge of UAE hotels, attractions, and DMC services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Handle inbound travel operations for UAE, including hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, and excursions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Prepare itineraries, costing, and travel documents for clients.
• Provide operational support to B2B and B2C clients.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders for seamless travel experiences.
