Strategic Sales Operations Leader | Telco Retentions | High-Performance BPO We're hiring for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving the performance, efficiency, and optimisation of outbound telco retentions campaigns within a fast-paced BPO environment. This individual will act as the strategic anchor between operational execution, revenue assurance, and continuous performance improvement—delivering day-to-day oversight, analytic insights, and campaign configuration that maximise agent output and revenue yield. The role is positioned at the core of the Sales Force Effectiveness pillar under the BPO Steer Co and directly supports internal and external client delivery. Key Responsibilities : Achieve and exceed campaign performance targets through live monitoring and performance interventions Drive a culture of high performance and accountability across all operational levels Mentor and develop Team Leaders and Junior Managers to maximise team output Optimise lead allocation and campaign performance through collaboration with dialler and data teams Maintain strict compliance and QA standards within all sales processes Lead initiatives to improve agent engagement, attendance, and retention You’ll be at the core of campaign success — balancing operational delivery, revenue assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
