Description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client’s team to provide exceptional front-line customer support for our valued members. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Ideally, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

PAY RATE: UP TO $45,000/ANNUALLY (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

  • Location: Remote
  • Shift: Flexible to work 8am to 8pm Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays every 2nd weekend
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of post-secondary education.
  • 2-3 years of proven customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Genuine and empathetic communication style.
  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be available to attend all scheduled training sessions (time off is not available during training).
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
