Pall Mall, a leading provider of private healthcare and cosmetic treatments, is seeking a Patient Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and high-performing team.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales, customer service, luxury retail, or hospitality who are passionate about consultative selling and providing an outstanding client experience.
Unlike many sales roles, this position involves only inbound enquiries—no cold calling—allowing you to focus entirely on engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best private medical and cosmetic solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or appointment booking (experience in medical, cosmetic, or luxury industries is advantageous but not essential)
  • Confidence in handling high-value transactions and achieving sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with clients
  • A highly organised approach with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM software
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships

    Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Convert warm inbound leads into bookings for medical and cosmetic procedures
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism and expert knowledge, providing detailed information on our services
  • Maximise every opportunity by cross-selling and upselling relevant treatments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning patients, including VIP clients such as premier footballers and media personalities
  • Deliver a first-class client experience, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey
  • Work closely with consultants and clinicians to coordinate appointments efficiently
