Remote World is recruiting an Inbound Sales Agent for a busy UK-based business. You'll handle warm inbound enquiries — people who've already shown interest — and guide them through to a sale. No cold calling, just real conversations with motivated prospects. If you're a natural communicator who enjoys closing and loves the buzz of hitting targets, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers Understand customer needs and match them to the right product or service Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into sales Follow up with leads who haven't yet committed Log all activity accurately in the CRM system Meet daily and monthly conversion targets What You'll Need Experience in sales, call centre, or customer-facing roles Clear, confident verbal communication — great phone manner is essential Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple enquiries Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus Reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace What's on Offer Salary: R16,000 per month Full-time, permanent remote position Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) Equipment provided 20 days paid annual leave We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
