They offer door-to-door, open and enclosed transport, and we’re known for reliability, speed, and clear communication. The Role This is a pure inbound sales role — no cold calling, no prospecting. All your leads are warm (website, phone, chat). What You’ll Do Own the full inbound sales cycle from first contact to closed booking Work daily with warm leads across phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat Execute structured follow-up sequences — no lead left behind Respond quickly (speed = revenue in this business) Quote pricing, handle objections, and close bookings confidently Adapt your approach between B2C customers and B2B dealers Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in Close CRM Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers Who You Are 3+ years in inbound sales with proven results (you know your numbers) Highly structured and disciplined in your sales process Comfortable selling to both individual customers and businesses Strong multitasker across multiple communication channels Self-driven — you don’t wait to be told to follow up Adaptable communicator who can read the room and adjust fast Fluent, advanced English (written & spoken) Experience working with the North American market Strong Plus Automotive industry experience (transport, dealerships, auctions) Familiarity with Canadian geography and logistics routes Experience with tools like Close CRM, RingCentral, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Your Toolkit Close CRM (pipeline & deal tracking) RingCentral (calls & SMS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (operations) WhatsApp Business Website live chat Compensation Base Salary: $18,000 – $22,000 USD/year Commission: Uncapped — paid on every completed shipment This is a performance-driven role: Your base covers stability.
