Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Ownership: Lead and manage the performance of the inbound pipeline to drive efficient lead flow and conversion.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads by engaging with prospects to understand their needs and effectively present solutions.
  • HubSpot Hygiene: Maintain data integrity in the HubSpot CRM system by ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and sales activity monitoring.
  • Campaign Follow-Up: Timely follow-up on inbound marketing campaigns to capitalize on lead generation and nurture potential customers.
  • Sales Process Refinement: Develop and refine a standardized sales process that caters to and enhances engagement with key customer segments.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in inbound sales, lead conversion, and pipeline management
  • Proficient in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for effective lead tracking and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects and customers
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities for optimizing sales processes and performance
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to dynamic market conditions
  • Experience in sales process refinement and customer segmentation strategies.
