Now we’re taking that same energy into a new frontier: workspaces and businesses. We’re building our B2B function from the ground up, and this is where you come in. We’re looking for a results-driven Inbound Sales Rep/SDR to own the sales cycle from first contact to closed deal. You’ll be responsible for running sales calls, qualifying customers, and executing smart, consistent follow-up to close deals. If your nature is persistent and your focus is on winning, you’ll have a massive impact from day one. Inbound sales Own inbound leads from first contact to closed deal Follow up fast, follow up smart, and follow up consistently Run Zoom calls, qualify customers, understand needs, recommend the right plant solutions, and close Keep your pipeline clean and tight so nothing slips through Move deals forward creatively when things stall Outbound / SDR Proactively identify and reach out to potential business customers Run outbound via email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative experiments Qualify outbound leads and turn them into real sales opportunities Book meetings and either close smaller deals yourself or hand off larger ones smoothly Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and sequences based on what works Team and process Help shape early sales processes, playbooks, and tools Give feedback on what’s broken, what’s working, and what we should change Be part of building a real B2B sales engine, not just “working leads” Who you are Proven sales experience (inbound, outbound, or both) Comfortable selling on Zoom and over email and phone Closing mindset Persistent by nature, you follow up because you care about winning Highly organized with a clean, up to date pipeline Comfortable in a scrappy, early stage environment with imperfect systems Self-directed, you don’t wait to be told what to do Why Easyplant You’re joining at the perfect moment. Responsibilities
The role involves owning the entire inbound sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, which includes running sales calls, qualifying customers, and recommending plant solutions. Additionally, the representative will proactively identify and reach out to potential business customers through various outbound channels to generate and close smaller deals or hand off larger ones.
