Inbound Sales Representative – Join the Epic 4X4 Adventures Team in Moab, UT
Location: Moab, Utah (On-site, Full-Time)
Industry: Adventure Tourism / Powersports / Guest Services
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. May include holidays during peak season.

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, is confident in closing the sale, and loves the idea of helping guests plan their dream adventure.
This is not cold calling. You’ll be responding to warm leads—people who are excited about Moab and just need a helpful, informed, and enthusiastic voice to guide them to the perfect experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages on all of our sales channels from guests looking to book tours or rentals.
  • Confidently guide customers to the best option based on their needs, preferences, and group size.
  • Close the sale and secure the booking using our online reservation system.
  • Provide accurate information on tours, pricing, safety protocols, and logistics.
  • Follow up on inquiries and incomplete bookings with a personalized, professional touch.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure accurate manifest updates and seamless communication with guides and guests.
  • Maintain detailed call notes and customer information in our CRM system.

This is an on-site position based in a quiet office at our shop, where the ability to work independently with focus and professionalism is essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or hospitality.
  • A persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and managing multiple conversations at once.
  • Strong computer and phone system proficiency. We use technology to streamline for effeciency. An aptitude for new applications and technology is a big plus.
  • An upbeat, professional, and articulate voice—someone who sounds like a confident concierge, not a call center.
  • Availability Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM which may include holidays during the spring–fall season.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the Moab area or powersports/off-roading is a big plus!
