  • Base salary plus up to 10% On-Target Earnings (OTE) and superannuation

ABOUT YOU

What we are looking for:

  • Previous sales experience as a contact centre agent or transferable skills
  • Target-oriented with proven examples and track record of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs in sales and maintaining a positive experience for the customer
  • Taking inbound calls and leads and confidently communicate with a diverse group of people
  • A good knowledge and understanding of insurance products and of the Australian travel insurance market is a plus!
  • A real team player who is serious about their career growth
  • Highly motivated, positive and driven attitude to exceed targets and KPIs
  • An outstanding customer-centric approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm
  • A mindset which is supportive and allows you to ‘walk in our customers’ shoes’
  • An ability and willingness to learn and take initiative
  • A reliable and punctual team player
  • Computer savvy and willingness to become a product expert

Responsibilities

Purpose of this Role

  • Be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries from potential and existing customers
  • Providing PassportCard’s insurance products to travellers, selling policies and growing our customer database – with the best product on the market!
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience through every interaction
  • Work as part of a high functioning and multi-skilled team who celebrate each other’s successes
  • Meet KPI’s and adhere to PassportCard’s guidelines, procedures and quality standards 
  • Upsell & cross-sell optional covers to facilitate customers’ needs & generate higher revenue
  • Liaise with the Medical Assessors team regarding pre-existing conditions
