THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to join our inbound sales team. With an established global customer base of 1,000+ operators, our reputation speaks for itself. You’ll be managing warm leads - helping potential customers who have already shown interest by signing up for free trials or inquiring about our platform. If you’re passionate about building relationships, guiding customers through the sales process, and driving revenue growth, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Managing an inbound pipeline - the AE team will collectively handle and nurture high-quality inbound leads per month across ANZ.
  • Rapid lead response - Engaging with potential customers within 2 hours of sign-up to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Delivering compelling demos - Showcasing how Rezdy can solve pain points and drive business success for tour and experience operators.
  • Guiding leads through onboarding - Working with customers from initial inquiry through their 21-day free trial to full adoption.
  • Building strong relationships - Engaging past clients and delivering ongoing feedback to refine our inbound sales approach.
  • Collaboration across teams - Working closely with onboarding, tech, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
