Responsibilities
  • Manage and Close Inbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries efficiently to maximise conversion rates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a portfolio of inbound clients to maximise repeat business.
  • Lead Conversion: Close warm leads sourced from our website and live chat enquiries.
  • Data Enrichment: Enhance our sales database to improve lead segmentation and targeting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to optimise sales efforts and provide actionable feedback.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities to grow revenue.
