The Inbound Supervisor at Ninja is responsible for overseeing all inbound logistics activities, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of goods into the warehouse. This role includes managing a team of inbound staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing operational best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all inbound activities, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inbound shipments, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and mentor the inbound team, providing training and support to enhance performance and navigate challenges. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and management to minimize waste and obsolescence. Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any shipping discrepancies or operational issues. Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols within the receiving area. Utilize inventory management systems to track inbound product movement and maintain accurate records. Perform regular audits of inbound processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices. Generate reports on inbound performance metrics for management review. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in inbound logistics. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
