Description
The Inbound Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating all inbound warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting and processing incoming goods in line with the PSM (Product Support Manual) and company procedures. This role ensures that incoming inventory is managed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.   What You’ll Do. This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Guide and lead team members in maintaining accurate, real-time inventory records in SAP/ERP, ensuring all incoming and outgoing stock is properly documented. * Conduct regular toolbox talks to reinforce safety protocols, operational standards, and team productivity goals. * Guide and supervise the team in picking, packing, and dispatching orders, ensuring all SAP/ERP generated requests are handled accurately. * Lead warehouse operations, ensuring forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are operated safely and in compliance with company policies. * Promote a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, guiding team members on maintaining operational standards. * Collaborate with line managers to address any system-related challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements. * Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal processes. * Ensure team adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Australian Government Defence Disposals Handbook guidelines.
