• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound tour operations within the UAE
• Strong network of local suppliers and service providers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in tour management systems and CRM tools
• Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Arabic, English, and other major tourist languages)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple itineraries simultaneously
