JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Inbound Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound travel inquiries, designing customized travel itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences from initial inquiry to post-travel feedback.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inbound travel/tourism consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations and attractions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound travel inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Design and sell tailor-made domestic tour packages based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide detailed information about destinations, attractions, visa procedures, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, hotels, transport services, and activity providers to build cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and destination expertise for popular inbound locations.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and confirmation vouchers accurately.
  • Follow up on leads and actively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Manage post-booking services including amendments, cancellations, and feedback collection.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance travel packages and promotions.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by offering support throughout the travel process.
