Responsibilities This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion. Data Analysis and Validation: Analyze incentive compensation data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement. Incentive Processing Support: Assist in the administration of incentive pay processes, including calculating payouts, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely execution. Compliance and Audit Support: Maintain documentation and ensure processes adhere to company policies, legal standards, and SOX compliance requirements. Performance Reporting: Generate and distribute reports that provide insights into incentive program effectiveness and employee performance metrics. System Collaboration: Work with the Incentive Pay Architect and other system administrators to ensure data integrity and support enhancements. Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to existing incentive processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or University Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Data Science etc..) with minimum practical experience of 2 - 4 years. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data validation and reporting. Familiarity with Excel with the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, charts and other Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc..). Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and incentive management platforms (e.g., Xactly, SAP, or similar). Hands-on skills with Power Query/Power BI would be an added advantage. Knowledge of incentive compensation principles and compliance requirements, including SOX. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams. Flexible, adaptable, capable of managing urgencies and taking on ad-hoc assignments.
