Position Summary
As the Incentives Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Lucid’s commercial success in the region. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing incentive programs to support sales performance, market share growth, and customer adoption. This includes overseeing and incorporating government incentives, Direct to Consumer and Indirect distribution retail programs, and B2B program strategies.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, regional market expertise, and a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Financial Services and Legal functions.
