Your Role Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll deliver exceptional customer claims experiences as the first point of contact for intermediaries and direct customers. Your primary responsibility is to handle lodgement with empathy and precision, guiding customers through the claims process via calls, respond to enquiries via phone and email, and complete processing and administrative tasks. Commencing Monday 17 November 2025, you’ll begin with 4 weeks comprehensive, fully paid training at our brand new IAG offices in Dharug Country (Parramatta). An additional 4 weeks of hands-on support will also be provided as part of your ongoing development as you transition into the role. Please note that this onboard will overlap into the Christmas period. After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements, currently a minimum of one office day per week. You’ll work Monday to Friday and will need to be available for shifts between 8am – 8pm local time. Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection, and a private home office set up. About You You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, call centre environment.
