Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technology Services Manager this role is designed to oversee the Incident & Problem Management processes within our ICT environment and driving outcomes with our vendors. Using your well-honed analyst and problem-solving skills this role will require maintaining the ICT known problems register, being the process owner for the problem management process and operating as a service aggregator for process areas across vendor community, ensuring seamless process delivery to NZ Post stakeholders.
