DESCRIPTION:
As an Incident Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our external pharmacy partners and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication regarding daily billing and operational inquiries to ensure shipment processing times are in accordance with company standards. You will also be responsible for managing the investigation, reporting, and patient communication for claims of potential incidents.
Location : This is a fully onsite opportunity based out of our Robinson Township, Pittsburgh.
Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm OR 10am- 6pm OR 12pm- 8pm EST AND 9am- 5pm EST, Saturday (rotating shifts that will be based on business needs)
