Incident Manager This is your mission Are you passionate about IT service continuity and incident resolution in complex production environments? Then this position is for you. As an Incident Manager – Production, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end incident resolution and contributing to service reliability within a critical IT production ecosystem. Build side: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Incident and Problem Management processes Participate in defining and enhancing operational procedures aligned with ITIL best practices Support the implementation of reporting frameworks related to production stability Collaborate with technical teams to identify recurring issues and preventive actions Promote rigor, service quality, and operational excellence across teams Run side: Lead end-to-end Incident Management for infrastructure and production incidents Coordinate technical teams and task forces to restore services within agreed SLAs Ensure clear, structured, and timely communication during major incidents Animate Problem Management committees and follow up on root cause analysis Produce regular reporting on IT production status and incident performance Act as a key point of contact during critical production situations This is your background You have at least 2 years of experience as an Incident Manager in demanding IT production or infrastructure environments. You value rigor, service orientation, and structured communication, and you thrive in environments where reliability and responsiveness are critical. This is your career path.
