Join our Team About this opportunity: Ericsson is hiring an Incident Manager with strong knowledge of Telecom Networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) to manage end-to-end P1/P2/P3 incidents and ensure minimal service disruption. The role requires acting as the SPOC for all incidents, coordinating with technical teams, NOC, field staff, vendors, and service providers. What you will do: Lead and drive high-priority incident bridges and ensure timely resolution within SLA. Communicate incident updates clearly to technical and business stakeholders. Maintain accurate incident documentation in ITSM tools. Conduct RCA, implement corrective actions, and support Problem Management. Prepare incident reports, trend analysis, and suggest process improvements. Support continuous enhancement of incident management processes and playbooks. The skills you bring: Strong understanding of telecom network technologies (2G–5G). Solid knowledge of ITIL framework. Excellent communication, crisis management, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
