JOB TITLE
incident manager
As IT Operations Manager (Night Shift) you will be responsible for minimizing business service downtime and the impact of a major IT incident. You will oversee IT Operations, coordinate and lead technical support groups, and handle both internal and client communications to senior management during critical incidents, providing leadership with metrics and insights.
What we’re looking for:
Languages: English and Portuguese. Advanced / Fluent.
Experience working in client-facing positions is necessary.
Experience in working with ITIL processes.
Experience leading restoration efforts during critical incidents, coordinating technical resources from multiple teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to partner with other stakeholders in technology, operations, and business organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication. One team mentality.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to generate engagement in the team, working towards a common goal.
Experience analyzing incident related metrics, elaborating reports, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Working experience in matrix organizations supporting local and global teams.
Experience in IT Application and Infrastructure support.
Experience in payment and/or financial industry is desirable.
+2 years in an IT leadership role either in directly managing staff or in providing technology leadership.
