Education / Bachelor's degree in an IT degree program or recognized vocational training in an IT apprenticeship, alternatively at least 10 years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in IT operations and/or project management
Certification in IT Service Management ITIL Foundation 3.0/4.0
SCRUM: Experience in agile working methods, e.g. as a Scrum Master or Product Owner or as a team member in a development team
Experience in planning, procurement and setup of data center infrastructure, experience in operating servers and their hardware components, and experience in IT service management and managing infrastructure services (at least 7 years)
