This opportunity is available for candidates residing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Remote Position with some local travel required.   Position details: The Incident Supervisor will provide enterprise oversight and support for all internal and external forms of incident management and critical event reporting.  The Incident Specialist reports directly to the QCO Director of Incident Management and works regularly with Investigation Supervisors to ensure timely completion and compliance with all incident management regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include:  * Create and reactivate EIM accounts for all of IDD and ABH as per new user requests and administrative trouble shooting. * Serve as Merakey liaison with governing bodies such as OCYF, ODP, OHMSAS with external report process, completion, and account management. * Oversee enterprise training needs including updating content and tracking for internal, external and mandated reporting and critical notification for all divisions including conducting interactive trainings. * Responsible for research and development of reporting criteria for new operations and updated or modified regulations. * Assign QCO investigators to EIM entries upon case assignment to create access to the EIM record and allow for timely and consistent record management. * Supervise the Incident Specialist role, provide supports and guidance to ensure completion of tasks and prioritization of reporting and data management for the enterprise. * Assist with PQI data interpretation and presentation for the quarterly reviews. Masters Degree preferred * 3-5 years of investigation experience is preferred * 3 or more years experience working in human services is required * 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred * Certified Investigator Certification is preferred
