In this pivotal role, you’ll lead initiatives that embed a positive workplace culture—one that celebrates difference, supports psychological safety, and empowers every member of our team to thrive. From shaping wellbeing strategy and managing counselling support to building staff voice platforms and internal champion networks, your work will have a lasting, meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering a company-wide Workplace Wellbeing Strategy
  • Embedding mental health, inclusion, and neurodiversity into our daily practices and policies
  • Managing outsourced counselling services and coordinating Mental Health First Aid training
  • Supporting internal engagement platforms like our Campfire Council, focus groups, and Company Days
  • Creating inclusive training, events, and awareness campaigns
  • Leading initiatives to support underrepresented groups through internal champion networks (e.g., LGBTQ+, Menopause, Neurodiversity)
  • Monitoring impact through feedback loops and engagement data to drive positive change
