We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 19,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service. You will lead the Inclusion aspect of our broader Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, managing our seven colleague networks and partnering with senior leaders to integrate inclusive principles throughout the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic inclusion programmes, enhancing the “You Matter” hub, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the development of annual DEI reports and contributing to initiatives that enhance colleague engagement and wellbeing across easyJet. You will have a lived experience of driving inclusion within large operations and will be adept at leveraging knowledge of external markets and legislative changes to enhance easyJet's DEI strategy. Additionally, you will be capable of working cross-functionally with the People Experience team to build a culture of inclusivity throughout the organisation.
