INCLUSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT

As a Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model! You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full time, long-term post, starting September 2025.
* This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate who is seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor amongst others. *

Responsibilities

  • A competitive daily rate - £105 - £115
  • CPD opportunities including the opportunity for Salaried Teacher Training after one full academic year

INCLUSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT - JOB ROLE:

  • Supporting children with a range of SEN to keep them engaged in the classroom
  • Encourage the development of the students’ social skills
  • Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
  • Support and comply with the school’s safeguarding procedures
  • Full-time, long term position starting September 2025
