INCLUSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT

The perfect hard-working, resilient graduate to join their exceptional team! As a Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model! You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full time, long-term post, commencing ASAP.
* This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate who is seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor amongst others. *
Responsibilities:

INCLUSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT - JOB ROLE:
- Supporting children with a range of SEN to keep them engaged in the classroom
- Encourage the development of the students’ social skills
- Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
- Support and comply with the school’s safeguarding procedures
- Full-time, long term position starting ASAP
- Located in the Borough of Greenwich
