Only About Children (OAC) is seeking a passionate Inclusion Support Educator for our Cheltenham campus. This permanent full-time role gives you the chance to work in a collaborative, professional environment where you’ll deliver high-quality, inclusive education and care, supporting children with additional needs and complex behaviours. You’ll work closely with families, influence campus inclusion practices, and help every child reach their full potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inclusive education and care for children with complex behaviours and additional needs.
• Foster social, emotional, and educational development using trauma-informed practices.
• Partner with families and campus teams on individualised support plans.
• Support campus quality improvement and contribute to inclusion strategies.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.
