Only About Children (OAC) is looking for an Inclusion Support Educator to join our Penrith campus. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where you’ll deliver high-quality, inclusive education and care for children with additional needs and complex behaviours. You’ll partner closely with families, mentor team members, and help shape a campus culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and excellence in every interaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inclusive education and care tailored to children with diverse needs.
• Support social, emotional, and educational development using trauma-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with families and campus teams to develop and implement individualised support plans.
• Contribute to documentation, Quality Improvement Plans, and inclusive practices.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Work in a supportive team guided by OAC’s HEART values: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork.
• Access ongoing professional development and growth opportunities in early childhood inclusion.
