Daycare by Design is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our childcare team. This role is focused on supporting children with diverse needs to fully participate in daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Experience working with children in early childhood education (ECE certification or related training is an asset)
• Background in supporting children with special needs or developmental differences
• Strong patience, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
