Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: £30,197 per annum
Location: Basildon, with travel required across South Essex
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.
Contract: Permanent

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE OF INCLUSIVE EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT, YOU NEED:

  • A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
  • Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
  • To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships and working in a team
  • The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
  • Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
    Regular travel required to meet with customers and employers.
