We’re seeking a strategic and continuous improvement focused Inclusive Employment Pathways Coordinator to lead our team and design and oversee initiatives that create clear pathways to meaningful employment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the development and execution of a long-term vision for inclusive employment programs, positioning the organisation as a leader in workforce equity and innovation
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, industry leaders, educational institutions, government bodies, and community organisations to expand the reach and impact of employment pathways
• Establish a high-performing team culture that prioritises innovation, accountability, and excellence in program delivery
