In this pivotal role, you will lead operational teams responsible for income collection, tenancy sustainment, and housing for older people. Your strategic vision and empathetic approach will be essential in achieving exceptional outcomes for our tenants and communities.  You will work closely with the Head of Housing Management to support the strategic direction of the housing service, ensuring that our tenants receive the highest level of care and service.   About you We are seeking a senior professional with a proven track record in leading operational teams and driving service improvements.
