Description Mainstar Trust, located in Onaga, KS, provides custodial services for self-directed retirement accounts. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our Income Team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule upon successful completion of new hire training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Performed with or without reasonable accommodation) Process investment earnings accurately and timely Reconcile accounts within the Trust Accounting System Communicate and coordinate with investment companies Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures Assist with other department-related tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required One year of related experience preferred (banking, accounting, financial services, or similar field) Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Solid mathematical and analytical skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment IRA knowledge is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate Mainstar Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer
