In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. About the role: The Income Audit Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and recording all income and postings through the process of a detailed daily audit. The audit ensures the accurate recording and classification of revenue and related transactions and enables detection of discrepancies in the process. What you will do: Monitor and ensure correct classification of all revenue, with particular attention to miscellaneous and account payable related revenues. Reviews banquet checks against Catering Orders for accuracy of preparation The ability to prepare and input the following month-end documents for general ledger processing: Revenue Journal, Cash Receipts Journal, Entertainment Journal The ability to review various miscellaneous revenue areas, including, but not limited to, the following: Fitness Center, Concierge, Laundry and Core. The ability to report any revenue variances to postings and initiates the process of solving these detected variances The ability to accurately reconcile specific General Ledger accounts as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance The ability to establish and maintain communication with the Night Audit and reviews Night Audit work daily for accuracy What you bring: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 1-2 years in income audit or related experience Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software What we offer: Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent Training and Development opportunities Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Complimentary Employee Meals Schedule & Hours: 44 Hours weekly Work on shift Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
