Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, professionalism, and positive attitude while providing courteous and efficient service. Implement and maintain an effective auditing system for all hotel revenues and receipts, including rooms, food & beverage, and other operated departments. Audit daily revenue summaries, transaction reports, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Verify and investigate discrepancies in room occupancy, rates, and guest ledger balances. Review and audit all complimentary services, house use, and entertainment expenses for proper authorization. Monitor and audit the accuracy of outlet price set-ups, meal coupon transactions, and voided checks in the system. Prepare monthly closing journal entries and schedules related to rooms and food & beverage transactions. Assist in conducting surprise cash counts and audits of various departments. Maintain organized files of all pertinent income audit records and ensure efficient filing systems for both hard copies and electronic data. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Stay proficient with all computer software used in the Finance Division Office. Contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and other related activities to enhance departmental performance. Assist in training and developing team members within the department. Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Accountant, Resident Director of Finance, or Director of Finance. Qualifications Your experience and skills include : Suitably qualified in B.Com or M.com. Self-confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity. Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively. Minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience. At least 01 years of experience in similar role.
