Job Description The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of all hotel revenues. This role safeguards hotel assets by auditing daily revenue transactions, verifying compliance with Accor policies, and ensuring revenues are properly recorded in accordance with accounting standards and brand requirements. Key Responsibilities Audit all daily revenue transactions from all operating departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Events, and Other Operating Departments) Verify accuracy of room rates, package inclusions, discounts, allowances, and complimentary rooms Review night audit reports, PMS, POS, and related system interfaces to ensure data integrity Ensure all revenue postings agree with supporting documentation and system reports Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile daily revenue reports with the General Ledger and investigate discrepancies Post daily revenue journal entries and ensure correct account coding Assist with month-end closing activities related to revenue and statistics Ensure adherence to Accor policies, internal control procedures, and audit standards Monitor and report variances, irregularities, or potential revenue leakage Ensure proper authorization and documentation for voids, refunds, rebates, and allowances Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations Maintain accuracy of PMS, POS, and related financial systems Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to resolve discrepancies Assist in testing and implementation of system upgrades or new interfaces when required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in income auditing or hotel finance, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, MICROS POS, and relevant reporting tools is an advantage Job-Category: Finance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
