Verify accuracy and completeness of income records and cash transactions. Reconcile discrepancies and investigate any variances in revenue. Prepare detailed audit reports and summaries for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting principles. Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to resolve income-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all revenue transactions. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to income. Support internal and external audits as required. Recommend improvements to internal controls and processes. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Prior experience in auditing, accounting, or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
