Key Responsibilities Revenue Audit & Accuracy Review and verify daily Night Audit reports for all assigned hotels Audit & reconcile revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Ancillary) across PMS, POS & OASIS Validate and document revenue variances: Complimentary room approvals Rate and manual override variances Early arrivals / late departures No-show charges and adjustments Review & reconcile guest ledger, city ledger & credit card settlements Investigate discrepancies and follow up for corrections Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to IHG revenue policies, brand standards, and internal audit controls Conduct scheduled on-site reviews to assess compliance and risk areas Verify supporting documentation for all revenue activities Monitor cash handling, deposit procedures & system interfaces Ensure accurate and timely Filing of Form C as per statutory guidelines Coordination & Stakeholder Support Collaborate with GMs, Finance & Front Office teams for resolution of audit observations Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions Guide and train hotel teams on revenue audit processes and best practices Coordinate closely with the Cluster Finance leadership for reporting and analysis Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance 2–4 years of experience in Hotel Income Audit / Finance (Multi-property experience preferred) Knowledge of Opera / Fidelio PMS, POS systems & OASIS Strong Excel and financial reconciliation skills Understanding of Indian accounting principles, GST & audit procedures Willingness to travel across assigned hotels Strong communication, analytical & time-management ability Key Competencies High integrity with strong attention to detail Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple hotel portfolios Self-driven, organized and proactive Collaborative team approach with good interpersonal skills IHG Employee Benefits (as part of the IHG Journey) When you join IHG, you enjoy a world of true hospitality benefits, including: IHG Room Nights – Global Staff Rate Program for you & family Career growth & learning through IHG Learning Hub & development programs Wellbeing initiatives and supportive workplace culture Inclusive, diverse & safe work environment Employee Engagement & Social activities across portfolio hotels Opportunities to grow within 6,000+ IHG hotels globally At IHG, we celebrate difference and ensure equal growth opportunities for all colleagues.
Responsibilities
