We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Income Auditor to join our Finance team and ensure the accuracy of daily revenues across all departments. The Income Auditor is responsible for auditing, verifying, and reconciling daily hotel revenue, ensuring all income is accurately recorded in accordance with company policies, brand standards, and internal controls. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do: Audit and reconcile daily revenues from all outlets, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other operating departments Verify correct posting of charges, payments, allowances, and adjustments Ensure all revenue reports are accurate and submitted within established deadlines Review and balance PMS and POS transactions and investigate discrepancies Prepare daily revenue reports and summaries for management review Ensure compliance with IHG policies, internal controls, and financial procedures Liaise with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to resolve revenue-related issues Support month-end closing activities and assist with financial audits as required Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes What we need from you: Previous experience as an Income Auditor or similar role in a hotel environment, preferably within a luxury or upscale brand Strong knowledge of hotel revenue systems, PMS and POS (Opera, Micros preferred) Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail Good organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting knowledge Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
