Job Description Verify and reconcile all daily revenue reports from Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other operating departments. Review and ensure accuracy of all guest folios, settlements, discounts, voids, and rebates. Audit cash and credit card transactions and ensure they match system postings and bank deposits. Review PMS (Opera) and POS reports, ensuring all revenue is recorded in the correct accounts and periods. Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report for management review. Investigate and report any discrepancies or irregularities in revenue postings. Ensure all supporting documents for daily income are properly filed and archived. Coordinate with F&B and Front Office teams to address any issues related to revenue postings or system adjustments. Monitor and control house accounts, complimentary items, and promotional activities to prevent misuse. Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accurate revenue figures and audit summaries. Support compliance with internal control procedures and participate in financial audits as required. Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and Minor Hotels policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment. Strong understanding of hotel revenue systems (Opera Cloud, Micros POS, Sun Systems, or similar). Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Maldives taxation and accounting standards is an advantage. Additional Information
