Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Income Auditor to join our finance team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Income Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data by reviewing, verifying, and analyzing various income streams and financial reports. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Review and verify night audit functions, making necessary corrections or changes Upload and reconcile daily revenue from various departments (e.g., Rooms, F&B, SPA, Activities) Analyze and verify all income streams, room status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Prepare and maintain security deposit reports Conduct surprise cash counts and point-of-sale (POS) audits Support outlet and POS teams with financial-related inquiries and issues Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain financial accuracy Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper revenue recognition and reporting Stay up-to-date with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in income auditing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar income auditing role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of financial auditing principles and practices Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and property management systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English Ability to work with confidential information with the highest level of integrity Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting financial reports Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
