Job Description We are seeking an Income Auditor who brings strong analytical skills, financial discipline, and a proactive mindset to safeguard revenue integrity and support operational excellence. You are meticulous, dependable, and collaborative - someone who understands that precise financial controls directly support guest satisfaction and business performance. Key Responsibilities Ensure the accurate and timely auditing of all hotel revenues in accordance with company policies and brand standards. Verify daily revenue transactions from all outlets, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, and other operating departments. Review and reconcile night audit reports, POS systems, PMS, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and follow up with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution. Ensure all revenue is correctly posted, reported, and accounted for in the financial system. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails to support internal controls and external audits. Monitor compliance with established financial procedures, cash handling policies, and internal control standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management review. Support the Finance team with analysis, reporting, and process improvements where required. Qualifications Previous experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar finance role within the hospitality industry (essential). Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Working knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems. Good understanding of hotel revenue streams and internal control procedures. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams.
