Job Description Summary:To meet quality requirements and control the quality of finished products, supervise and inspect product quality within the constraints of TE Penang's quality standards and under the guidance of the team leader, while also preparing relevant quality reports. Job Description: 1.Quality Inspection SupervisionTo control product quality and ensure that it meets customer requirements, conduct shipping inspections under the guidance of the CP (Control Plan) and company specifications. 2.Quality Record CreationTo meet the traceability requirements of the quality system, create and organize quality records for the assigned work area. Submit inspection reports as required by the customer. 3.Abnormality Identification and Follow-upTo ensure product quality meets customer requirements, follow up on defective products identified during sampling inspections under the guidance of the CP (Control Plan) and company specifications. Ensure the responsible department addresses and implements improvements. 4.Finished Product Re-inspectionTo reconfirm the quality of inventory products, perform the re-inspection actions as required by the procedures. Qualification: cable assembly experience. Skills Requirements: Good communication skills, responsible, and detail-oriented.
